Presentation was given to the students of Perambalur Govt High School on the occasion of World Peace Day. Also, a painting competition was held for the students of class 8 to represent world peace (peace) and the best paintings were given a prize and a book. Also 30 participating students were given pencil kit and crayons kit.

On the occasion of World Patient Safety Day: The blood donation camp organized by Lions CLub of Perambalur, Perambalur District Government Hospital and Uthiram Friends Group was very successful. A total of 26 units of blood were donated.
